Meet Your Yoga Instructor

With a playful spirit and a heart full of passion, I’ve been sharing the joys of Hatha Yoga for over 12 years. Leaning into my background of teaching Trauma-Informed Yoga, I have found the techniques to be helpful with more than the military veteran community. My goal is to meet you where you are in life, help you ‘find your groove’ and guide you toward a subtle and dynamic shift - one pose, one breath at a time.

Carol provides personalized health assessments to support individuals on their wellness journeys. By fostering a healthy mindset through movement, mindful choices, nutritious meals, meditation, intentional breathing, and small but impactful lifestyle changes, she empowers her clients to become the best version of themselves. Her classes and community gatherings are held not only in her studio but also on paddle boards, guided hikes, and other fun, unique locations—creating a path toward sustainable, lifelong transformation!

Connect Camp offers a supportive environment for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Born from a need within our community, this program provides caregivers with the opportunity to relax and recharge while their loved ones enjoy engaging activities in a safe space.

The Health Assessment program promotes wellness by addressing the challenges of achieving and maintaining a healthy body and mind. Tailored for those who have struggled with weight loss, it emphasizes long-term results and guides participants on a transformative journey, highlighting the importance of mindset for lasting change.
